Surplus or by-product materials are offered on an "as is" basis, with The Dow Chemical Company, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, making no claims or representation of warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
We will assist you in obtaining any additional information about the materials. Samples are encouraged, and all sales are final.

The Dow Chemical Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates reserve the right to accept or reject any and all offers. Material is subject to reuse within the corporation up to acceptance of offer. The definition of "acceptance of offer" is the physical receipt of the signed sales agreement and the payment to the Accounts Receivable Administrator in Midland.
Unless otherwise specified, the shipping terms are F.O.B. plant location.
